The primary function of the centre is to offer counselling and therapy services to students. This may include individual counselling, group therapy, and sometimes family counselling. The goal is to help students address a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, academic challenges, and personal development.
Objectives:
Provide counselling and psychological support services to the students to help them cope with academic, personal, and emotional challenges.
Assist students in developing effective study habits, time management skills, and stress management techniques to enhance their academic performance.
Promote mental health awareness and resilience among students through workshops, campaigns, and educational programs.
