DEPARTMENT OF TELUGU

The department of Telugu was established in 1965 when the college was founded.The Department had its humble begining with three scholars,Dr.C.V.Sundara Rama Sharma as first Head Of the Department,Dr.K.K.V. Sastry and Sri.S.V. Sastry as faculty members.The primary objective of the department is to promote Telugu as second language.Ever since 1965-1995 the department of telugu offered a course in special telugu

  • Develop good communicators in Telugu.
  • Inculcating interest in students to aspire for journalism both print and electronic media.

OBJECTIVES & GOALS

  • To train and promote skilled orators.
  • To mould the students into an accommodative, broad minded and duty-minded citizens with good behaviour and character.
  • To inculcate in students respect for language interest in literary persuits undrestanding the social environment,make them enthuastic about history and culture and inbibe high moral and ethical values.

వైవిధ్యభరితమైన నైపుణ్య సాధన – జానపద గీతాలాపన శిక్షణ

జానపద గీతాలాపన శిక్షణ – లక్ష్యాలు:

  • అమ్మ ఒడికి నిర్వచనము జానపద గీతము
  • “రసియా గీత్” అని పిలువబడుతున్న జానపద గేయాలు నిజంగా మధురమైనవి, ఆలోచింపజేస్తాయి.
  • వాస్తవిక పరిస్థితులను అద్దంపట్టే విధంగా ఇవి సృష్టిoచబడుతాయి కనుక విద్యార్ధులకు ప్రయోజనకరమైనవి
  • నిరక్షరాస్యులు అనగా జానపదులు తమ ఆనందాన్ని, బాధలను, కష్టాలను, కన్నీళ్ళు, వేడుకలు, సంప్రదాయాలు తమ జీవన సంస్కృతిని ఈ జానపద గీతాలుగా అల్లుకొని పాడుకొంటారు. విద్యార్ధులకు అనేక అంశాలు అవగాహనకు వస్తాయి.
  • జానపద గీతాలకు సంగీత పరిజ్ఞానంతో పనిలేదు
  • మాటల రూపంలోనే ఇవి తరతరాలకు అందుతున్న గొప్ప జ్ఞానం
  • ఇవి గ్రంథస్థమైనవి కాదు. ఒక తరం నుండి మరొక తరానికి మౌఖికంగా అందుతున్నాయి జానపద గీతాలు
  • భాష కన్నా భావము ముఖ్యము. ఈ గీతాలలో భావాన్ని ఏ యాసలోనైన అద్భుతంగా పలికించవచ్చును
  • జానపద గీతాలు సున్నితమైన మానవతా సంబంధాలను / ప్రకృతి గతిని / మానవ ప్రగతిని విద్యార్ధులకు అతి తేలికగా అందిస్తాయి
  • జానపద గీతాలు విద్యార్ధులు ఆలపించునప్పుడు అలౌకిక ఆనందాన్ని, ఆత్మా భావాన్ని, మనో వికాసాన్ని పొంది చదువులేని వారి జానపదుల లోకజ్ఞతను విస్తృతంగా అర్ధం చేసుకుంటారు.
  • విద్యార్ధులకు దూరం అవుతున్న, జానపద వాతావరణాన్నిఈ జానపద గీతాల ద్వారా కొంతైన మనం ఈ సాంకేతిక, అధునాతన ప్రపంచంలో అద్భుతoగా ఆసక్తిమేరకు అందించవచ్చును.
