The department of english is one of the constituent departments eversince the inception in 1965.

English is offered as the second language for the first three semesters at UG level.The Department assumes the responsibility of teaching Communication & Soft Skills(CSS) for the first four semesters at UG level.It contributes its mite for the overall development of the student as well as the college.The reputable faculty emphasise on imparting quality-education that turns the student evolve into a knowledgeable,socially responsible, professionally competent and emotionally intellegent citizen.
